The vertical
mixing auger cuts, mixes and blends a wide variety of rations.It's unique design
eliminates the high pressure points inherent in the design of horizontal auger mixers.
Cutting and mixing large quantities of hay is longer a problem. Bolt-on knives cut
material easily and preserve valuable nutrition in the ration. Optional angled, serrated
knives are also available for optimum cutting.

An optional heavy duty
rubber unloading conveyor incorporated into the SupRaMix is
designed for durability and ease of adjustment. The rubber belting conveyor runs quieter
and has no links to wear as seen on the slat and chain conveyors. The adjustable boom
delivers feed through a range of bunk hieghts up to 40 inches. It is capable of running at
high speeds to discharge bedding material into livestock pens. The optional magnet kit
catches tramp metal before it enters the feed bunk. |

A main planetary gearbox provides a
reliable and simple drive train to transmit power from the tractor power take-off to the
mixing auger. The absence of chains and spockets means the elimination of costly downtime
and years of trouble-free service.

Hydraulic actuated restrictor blades,
standard on models 500 and 750, resrict the movement of material in the tub allowing the
serrated blades mounted on the auger to cut material. The blades are adjustable to achieve
different lenghts of cut. |
